Ever realized that sometimes you hear but you dont listen? that happens to me a lot, but recently, I just realized that actually tho i think that i didn't pay attention, to my surprise I could recite whatever said earlier. like wowness!

anyway inspired by hanshengs 3 beautiful things and by HEP's fact that by giving gratitude to 3 things a day really reduces stress and lowers risk of heart attack, I shall give thanks to at least 3 things every time i blog (if i remember).
